Windows 8.1 apps not working?
Pre-installed and newly installed apps are all not working.
I tried diagnosing and I always get this

It happened after my laptop suddenly restarted and updates itself after just turning it on.
Update took too long and was interrupted, then the apps glitch took place...
I also searched the internet for solutions but found nothing that works

You must be signed in to Windows 8 or 8.1 with a MS Hotmail or Outlook Online Account with Administrator privileges, and your account activated in order for you APPS and/or the STORE to work.
To check if Windows is Activated → right click Start Button → System
Account Setup →
From the CHARMS Menu → Settings → Change PC Settings (bottom RH corner) → USERS → Your Account & setup
From the Desktop screen → Windows Key + W → enter USER in search
Click USERS on search results → "Your Account" & setup
