Why do you keep re-electing the people that are doing such a horrible job?

You're looking at the culmination of 35 years of the failure that has been an economic experiment relying on supply side economic theory to drive our economy. It was voted down (i.e. to be dumped) in 2008 and 2012 by the majority. But, working class conservatives won't give up the ghost. They continue to believe in Reagan's voodoo economic plan even though the middle class has been shrinking, middle class earnings have been stagnant, and the wealthy have offshored scores of thousands of U.S. factories while the incomes of those at the top have more than doubled ... And now, since SCOTUS deemed corporations to be People in 2010, the wealthy have been in the process of buying up the government seat by mostly Republican seat. Government of, by, and for the corporations is what we're headed for. The propaganda promoted by FOX News and FOX radio is the primary reason for the reelection of politicians who are hell bent on continuing the use of Reagan's FAILED (from a middle-class/working-class perspective) supply side economic theory ... Of course, if you're one of the uber wealthy, it doesn't get better than supply side economic theory.

There USED to be a time when people could vote FOR someone. Now, we are offered the choice of voting for the person we HOPE will do the least amount of harm to the country. Obviously, we aren't choosing very well.

Clinton campaigned in 92 AGAINST tax increases ( actually FOR cuts) , but what happened the day after he took office ( right after firebombing that church) ?

Keep electing crooked pols and continue to fit Einsteins definition of "loonytoon".
