What should I do with my fish?

So I recently added a Platy to my aquarium. Since, 1 of my rosy barbs has been non stop chasing and nipping at him. I tried to take the barb out and re arrange the tank but this did not work. I do not have another tank or container to keep him in! Please help

How big is your tank and how many rosy barbs do you have?

Redecorating only works on territorial fish. Rosy barbs are the opposite: they have to be kept in groups of 6+, preferably 10+ to feel secure. They grow to whopping 3.5-5 inches and they are quite active, so they should be kept in no smaller than a 45 gallon tank.

There are two things that makes schooling fish like yours this aggressive: lack of companions and the lack of swimming space.
