What the hell is this?
Sometimes when I get up too quick...my vision gets really weird. I don't just begin to see stars, but this weird...blinky thing appears in the middle of my vision, and sort if splits my vision in half. What is this called? Is it unhealthy?
Somebody please help me I am really scared

you probably have a low resting blood pressure and are having a "head rush" because the sudden standing movement combined with Gravity is temporarily affecting your blood flow to your head and it takes a second for your body to achieve equilibrium. It's only dangerous if you stand up so fast that you pass out and smack your head on something so don't do that.
