Look, you are writing about hell? What does hell entail? Where is it located? Does it have rivers? Rivers of what? Does it have things we see in this world? Is it small or big? Why would hell have cities? Cities to punish people? Cities with purpose? You could name the city after a infamous sinner? Keep asking these questions and eventually you get onto to the idea train.
