In that case, the stomach acid in your stomach right now would eat up your stomach...so i highly doubt that would happen. The consumed stomach would probably just pass through...but those stomach acids are acidic so i don't know how that would affect your mouth and esophagus.

The acid in the stomach isnt strong enough to eat the first stomach so it isnt gonna eat your stomach obviously.
Besides. When you are cooking, the acid is going to mostly go away. Who wants to eat raw human stomach? Ew
