I need help understanding a photography policy?

Update:

"The use of professional equipment is strictly prohibited, including cameras with detachable lenses or lenses greater than 35MM, tripods and monopods."

What do they mean by "lenses greater than 35mm"?

Update 2:

I find it extremely hard to believe that they wouldn't accept a minimum of 50mm focal length since that is the normal length.

Exactly what it says. If the focal length of the lens is greater than 35mm, you can't bring your camera in.

"Update 2: I find it extremely hard to believe that they wouldn't accept a minimum of 50mm focal length since that is the normal length." It's their policy, they can do whatever they want regardless of what is considered a normal focal length. One thing has nothing to do with the other.

    Nothing hard to understand there.
