My internet seems really slow.?

You can only know how good your internet speed is depending on your usage, your needs, your overall internet package, and of course how much you pay.

Fiber Optic is simply a cable, and how much internet power it pumps out is again, all depending on your internet package.

Based on your speed, it's not that great hence it being slow.

Due to lack of information, you have a few options. Completely turn off all internet equipment, and any devices connected and turn back after 3-5 minutes. Only connect 1 computer, and do a speed test (ignore the first reading) and do a second test and see if anything has changed. If not, ring your isp (internet service provider) and explain your issues, usually telling them your unhappy with there service and considering changing your internet provider shall influence them too sort your problem out rapidly.
