PC 1 for sure, as it has a GTX 970 for a graphics card. PC 2 uses the weaker, but cheaper GTX 960, which also has half the VRAM of the 970. In short, if you want to play every game maxed out or plan on heavy modding, get PC 1, if you would rather save money and get a pc that can play most games maxed out at a lower FPS with light to no modding, get PC 2.

Pc 1 should give better performance while gaming though some gtx 970 is limited to 3.5 gb vram still get good fps at higher settings
