    Oh my goodness no. I hear the only murder that has happened in any United States city happened in San Francisco. Terrifying!

    No one is 100% safe anywhere. There are NO sanctuary cities and wherever anyone can buy or steal a gun there is a threat.

    Well, it isn't a 'sanctuary' for citizens. That's kind of the cruel irony. Such places are pretty much 'open season' on American citizens.
