Will this girl ever text me?

Today at the beach I saw this cute girl waving and smiling at me, so I went over to her, and since I did not have my phone with me, I just gave her my number. It has been hours since. Will she ever text me?

    Gave my number a few times to random girls that I like and happen to left my phone during those times too. Well...I wasn't lucky. So what are the odds? I think for them, the guy should make the initiative. But if she's interested, who knows? :)
