My wife has sent me notice of 125c maintenance charges?
Me n my wife are married for past 2 years and have a son who is 1.5 yrs old....Due to some petty fight between my mother and wife she has left my house since past 6 mnths and not yet returned and filed a case of 125c mainatnace charges,we are ready to accept her but she doesnt want to come back.....is she eligible for 125c section if she left on her own ....and how can i fight against this????

I can tell you in Penna. USA it does not matter... as long as there is a legal separation the greater wage earner pays at least something when there are kids.
With that said... You said 'We' are ready to accept her back...does you Mom live with you or do you have your 1.5 year old with you?
Again, where I live support is a given if she has the child...even if it is her choice. It is unfortunate that you are separated due to a problem that was not between you and your wife but forced a problem between you and your wife. If you want to reconcile maybe you would be well served to re-consider your living arrangements. It is harder to be a couple with others living with you...

Your mother & wife don't agree with each other ! Respect your mother but live separately with your wife.
