how do i become a rice dealer in the philippines?

Do you mean to buy the rice from the farmer & have it processed then resold to stores?

If yes it will take LOTS of US dollars. You will need trucks to pick up the rice, a warehouse to store it, a place to have it milled, more trucks to haul the rice to the store plus maybe 10-15 employees. BUT the biggest problem would be to find the clients to buy the rice from AND the customers to buy the milled rice.

If you mean to open a store to sell the rice directly to the public then not near as much investment. You will only need a small store usually about 10'x20' to rent, bins to display the rice & the equipment for the store, 1 employee plus business licenses.
