Has the American dream destroyed democracy and Christianity?

The extreme individualism has led to the belief that those at the top are better the proof being they are at the top .and those at the bottom are losers the proof being they are there . Nietzsche would approve with his elitist aristocrats being so far removed from the lower class just as in America and blaming the bottom for being lesser humans

    The US is not a democracy and never has been.
