Advice needed?

I frequently encounter situations where coworkers stop speaking to me very suddenly. It's becoming quite upsetting for me, because I have moved jobs three times as a consequence of this and although I am perfectly aware that the issue is predominantly my own, I don't know why this happens.

I don't think I talk too much, I smile a lot, I chatty but not too chatty and I get on with my work. I'm a little introverted but not to a massive degree.. I don't usually mention this but I am gay.

Also I will be resigning my new job tomorrow. Any tips on how to do this without upsetting anyone? I just don't like the role or the people.

The number one complaint of women is that men don’t listen. When a woman is talking, listen to what she is saying. Read here https://tr.im/55pzy

Don’t watch her mouth and wonder what it would feel like to kiss her. Don’t stare at her chest and imagine what she looks like naked. Really listen to what she is saying then give an intelligent response, preferably on the same subject.

If no one there is talking to you, your resignation will likely elate not upset them. Just hand in a simple resignation letter: "Effective [Insert date two weeks from writing it] I resign my position with Industrial Peanut Butter." There won't be any hard feelings.
