Did you guys know Yang Zing deck in Yugioh are more powerful then you thought it was?

I went to the 150th Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship in Columbus, OH. I've learn more about the deck now. Like me and the other player had a conflict. Had to get a judge because of it. OK, here it is my Baxia who I synchro summon 2 turns ago. And the materials I used were Jiaotu, Bi'an, and Suanni. On the 2ned turn after it was successfully synchro summoned. Then my opponent uses Fiendish Chain on it. When he had a monster stronger then my Baxia. I told him it could not be destroyed by battle then that's when the conflict begin. Then after telling the judge about this sticky satiation. It was a hard ruling they had to get 2 more judges for it. The 3 judges were in my favor since he told me. "Yes, Fiendish Chain does negate the effect. But did not negate Bi'an's effect since. I was told the synchro summon was consider a cost type, requirement effect, and not part of the original effect of that synchro monster". So Bi'an's more powerful then I thought it would be.

Now I love playing Yang Zing's.
