I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble receiving messages in Yahoo Mail. I recommend taking a look at the Yahoo! Help article "Emails aren't received in Yahoo Mail" available at:

It may also be possible to restore deleted contacts from your deleted list or from a backup copy. Please take a look at the following help article for those instructions:
