If you are a virgin there is no need for a pap smear, it would be painful too, and no need for it until you are sexually active.

You should only need a pap smear at 15 if there is a family history of uterine or cervical cancers. You should not tighten your vaginal muscles during exam either, won't necessarily hurt you but could make exam more difficult. If your a virgin that doesn't matter the doctor should be gentle with all tools and exams.

No you shouldn't. The american college of obstetricians and gynecologists recommends starting them at age twenty one. Canada recommends starting at age twenty five. The netherlands and finland at thirty.
