How to get out of my mess?

Well Ive had depression and social anxiety since 7th grade and nothing has changed. 9th grade I got OCD. Now I just turned 18 a week ago, and have gained almost 100 pounds now to be exact 300lbs 6"1. I have not been outside since March 2015 and have not cut my hair for about a year. I really want to lose weight but I don't wanna go outside Cus then I get very bad anxiety and I can't even though people say just do it. I don't know what to do atm .

    You HAVE to get exercise or you will die years before you need to. If you really can't face going out yet, make sure you dance/ do squat thrusts or some kind of physical regime indoors. I suggest going out into your yard today. To the end of your road tomorrow. Round the block the next day, etc. Fresh air is good for you, and your body needs vitamin D from sunlight.
