What is best for house Windows ? Wooden or Aluminium Windows?

    It depends on what you consider best. In much of the country aluminum or vinyl are the usual choice. They are free from the need to paint and do not swell or shrink with the weather. They are also a lot cheaper.

    I looked into them for our current house but they cost a lot more to buy and then the cost to paint them was way too much.
