Monkeys won't leave. Why should they? They collect welfare checks, breed and never have to pay for kids, go to jail and get three meals a day, plus learn to be better criminals. If they leave they will have to work to survive. They can't stand on the street corner and drink from a paper bag. Monkeys are lazy, so why work when they get free hand outs from tax payer like me.
