What brand capo should I buy?

I have an acoustic electric fender and I was wondering what brand capo I should buy?

The best capos are Elliot Capos but they cost as much as your guitar. I own one and it's worth every penny. My choice for a low cost capo is Shubb. I probably own 10 of them between full and partial models.

  • I wouldn't spend a whole lot, Its a Fender acoustic fer Christ Sakes, no point in spending more on the Capo than the guitars worth, Which if I were to guess worth about $20 bucks used,

Shubb make a good capo. I've got 2. Had one of them for around 8 years and its still going strong.

Go with the Shubb, but make sure you get a curved one for steel string acoustic and electric and not a "flat" capo which is used on nylon stringed classical guitars

Yeah, I use Shubb too. They work great for me.
