When it comes to trans gender issues, most people don't know that a person can be born with internal organs of the opposite sex?

That is not the most common reason for transgenderism. For males it is hormone exposure in the womb, and for females, it is my belief, that it a gene that creates a brain structure that is masculine, then inversely effects hormones after birth.

I would stress after, because when females are exposed to testosterone in the womb, it creates clitoromegaly( a giant clit). This is also considered an intersexed condition.

Most lesbians are not born with giant clits, therefor I believe transgender ism in females comes from a gene in females that creates brain structure for : left handed ness, add, autism, schizophrenia, bipolar, dyslexia, etc.

This would make sense because these genes might have come from the olden days when males could have been killed and females needed to be left to take care of the babies. A female who was right brained ( more spatial reasoning and hand eye coordination) would be good for hunting and taking care of kids temporarily on own.

They are called intersex. People who are born with ambiguous genitalia but yes they should be allowed to grow up without having anything cut away because that can cause devastating damage later in their lives.

Though if say a penis is cut of from an intersex person early on then later they could be transgender because of it.

But most transgendered people are not intersex.

Transgender and intersex are two different things, though I suppose they can overlap since surgeries are generally forced upon intersex people sadly when they are young and don't understand their identities.
