Is it true that it is easier for guys to become famous singers than it is for girls? Why?
Shawn Mendes, Justin Bieber, Cody Simpson, 5SoS, 1D, etc.. I wonder only because, they became famous really quickly, and you see more male, teen singers popping up than females.
Plus, some of them aren't any more talented then the girls, is it just that teen girls are easily impressed by any boy who can sing?
I'd like to know your honest opinions on this topic.

to become a successful male singer or band all you need is
-alright singing voice
-maybe the ability to play guitar
-be conventionally attractive
to become a successful female singer or band you need
-perfect voices
-a perfect personality
-the "perfect" body (?)
-constantly be nice
and plus a million other things.
look at how many successful boybands and male artists we have compared to the amount of female bands/artists with the same or more talent than the boy groups. it's because we live in a misogynistic world

Not necessarily, Look at Selena Gomez, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry for example
They aren't good singers and use auto tone
it's more about looks, and what music sells than talent these days
