I would not say he's cleaned up his act. I would say he hasn't been caught doing anything in a little bit. Look I don't think he's a bad person, but his parents probably didn't raise him well enough and teach him self control. Instead of going on wild nights out with his "posse", he should stay at home, away from these people who are only friends with him because his money.

The Americans took him in; they can keep him.
Hiring a new publicist won't make him any better than he is now. He needs to grow up and mature all by himself.
