According to Google, 1 tablespoon is 14.7867648 cm³
So if you had a cube with this volume, the length of one side would be the cube root of this value:
∛14.7867648 ≈ 2.45447 cm (almost an inch)

One tablespoon is 14.7868ml
ml=cm^3 so a tablespoon is equal to 14.7868cm^3
Since volume of a cube is s^3...
s^3=14.7868
s~2.4545cm
