What do these short Japanese words mean?

I'm confused by all of these words because I don't know what their proper translation is:

ha

ni

ga

wo

    They are particles. They can't be translated.

    No = genitive particle. It expresses possesion in most cases ( it also has other usages though)

    neko NO miruku = the cat'S milk.

    Wa = Topic particle. It identifies what you are talking about.

    kare WA gakusei desu ka? = is he a student?

    To = Inclusive particle. It's similar to the English conjunction And. It's also used to express an action that was performed with someone else.

    naifu TO fooku = knife AND fork.

    tomodachi TO hanashita = I talked TO (my) friend.
