Depression?

my sister has depression and she s always yelling at me saying that no one cares about her though she s the one that locks herself in her room and studies all day, but she blames it on us. She is 15 and what should I say?

    A person with depression is more likely going to shun someone out of their life because they're afraid of anymore harm that they believe they have caused. Don't let her be isolated, because that will only make it worse. Keep telling how much she means to you and after awhile, she might just believe it.

    Give her a hug. Tell her you love her. Just simple things like that, she will resist at first but eventually she will warm up to you. Never, never, never mention suicide or depression to her, it will put thoughts in her head.

    Get her a dog my sister was the same and once we got her a dog her depression went away

    what? no don't get her a dog. get her a therapist or talk to her yourself. show her you care. buy her gifts and gie her space and attention when she wants it. im an older sister with depression
