This is not a good team, partly because I can't figure out who you took with your first round pick, and maybe even 2nd. You waited at QB, which is fine, but that always means you'd have a top 2 or 3 RB and WR. So you reached in at least one round.
The other big problem is that you didn't pick up a QB tandem. You can't possibly plan to plug in Tannehill every week as if he's Rodgers or Manning!
The strength of your roster is your RB depth. In fact, you're on overload there, because with 3 starting WRs, you'd want more depth at that position than RB. So this is where you have leverage.
One quick fix is dump Lamar Miller (your weakest RB) and pick up Carson Palmer. I'm a little surprised he's still available. Then use another RB to get a solid WR. All these guys are pretty high octane, though, so don't settle for junk. With the depth you have on your bench, someone is hurting at RB. Look through other rosters and get a proven one on a good offense.
I would also consider dumping Agholor and picking up Davonte Adams. The Eagles don't even know who their QB is at this point, and the Packers have high expectations for Adams.

Doesn't look bad. I would get rid of Lamar Miller and grab Kenny Stills. Then I would get rid of Nelson Agholor and pick up Jay Cutler. Carson Palmer won't make it through the season. The rest looks good and you will have a competitive team.

Drop someone and get McFadden. He is playing in Dallas. The Cowboys o-line is so good that my grandma could be their running back.
