Okay so I'm a 15 year old girl & my boyfriend of 8 months is going to a new school , and I don't want that to break us up i mean just because he moves doesn't mean we have to break up . Anyways I want us to have a fun relationship and to not let the distance keep us from doing stuff , so my question is , how do you make a long distance relationship last & how to make it work ??

You need to make sure you guys love each other and trust each other enough to live through the distance. Apps such as skype can deteriorate the distance, and help, but note it WILL be hard. You're going to miss his touch, you'll miss it a lot just as he'll miss yours. But make sure both of you are willing to work for it.
