Is there a way to stop having periods? Srs answers please?

I don't want kids, I will never want kids, and I don't feel like dealing with periods anymore. If I get sterilized will it stop everything? Headaches, cramps, the whole lot?

    only by a total hysterectomy and doctors will Not Remove healthy organs just to stop periods

    go the the health departmet and get on depo shot! It last for 13 weeks and you have no menstral cycle and cannot get pregnant!
