plastering painted walls and bubbling?
i am plastering painted walls problem is while plastering there was some bubbles i have already sanded and pvc the area the bubbles only came from one area the rest of the plaster was ok now i when i saw the bubbles i scrapped off the plaster and the paint came off then i realized the paint comes off easily now i started stripping the wall half way trough i realized that i probably dont need to scrap it off so im here to ask if im right
i have put on pva and sanded it down should i asd another oat of pva

I would not plaster over a painted wall without giving it a key first and then pva it ...I doubt if yours is a long term fix ...as for bubbling ..normally overtrowelling

You can't successfully plaster over painted walls. You either have to sand the walls or strip off the paint, otherwise any plastering you do will not adhere well and in a short time the plaster will start to crack and flake.
