how to cure drinking alcohol in excess?

    Look in your local newspaper for a classified ad that says something like "If you want to drink, that's your business. If you want to stop, that's our business." It will list the contact number for Alcoholics Anonymous. Call them and take a couple of meetings. It might be right for you.

    Stick to good beer. Few people become alcoholics on beer.

    Just stop, you can use your own wanting to stop as motivation to stop. Do something good for yourself, it'll pay off.
