Should I go to the ER?

You will not die from not pooping for three days. It would take WAY WAY longer than that to die from not pooping. I would love to know where you read such nonsense.

I'm sure that your abdomen is very uncomfortable from not going, but what you're describing sounds like a birt more than that or you just have a low pain threshold. Either way, here's what you do for constipation.

Starting tomorrow, eat either dried prunes, dried apricots, raisins, prune juice, and plenty of water four times each day. You should go within 24 hours.

The other thing you can do is buy any over the counter laxative and it should also work within 24 hours. Pick which way you'd like to handle it. You will not die.

Three days is really nothing so please don't panic. You will be fine.

EDIT------I saw your comment regarding the fact that you already have laxatives but don't want to take them due to what it says on the bottle. You have ABDOMINAL PAIN DUE TO BEING CONSTIPATED. That's why you should take it! If unsure of my advice, ask your pharmacist and he will tell you the same thing.

go to the drug store and ask for the green glass bottle for constipation. It works and fast, no cramping you just go so be near the bathroom. Its only a couple bucks and looks like an old seven up glass bottle.

I find prune juice excellent.
