swimming while drunk?
Let's just say someone "fell" of a 15mtr cliff into rather deep, cold and rough water while drunk. what are the chances of survival? keep in mind they are not a very strong swimmer and it's the first time getting drunk

The chances of survival in that situation are low even if not drunk. Fifteen meters is over 50 feet. At 50 feet, the surface tension of water is hard as concrete. Unless you are an expert diver who knows how to enter the water properly at that height, a person can paralyze or even kill themselves on impact with the water, forget about what comes after.
