It just keep starting and starting. I had reinstalled the software,but it still couldn't work. But it indeed work well for my friend's laptop.How to solve it?

WiFi routers don't have software that runs on a PC. The router runs by itself.
Are you saying the WiFi client on the PC can't connect?

You'd better tell the error code if there is any. Or you can try to reinstall the software for solution. If it still couldn't work,please check if your wireless network card is enabled. Hope this would help you.
