What is wrong with my computer?

What is wrong with my computer? I formatted it and when all was said and done, I realized a few features didn't work. Pandora would not play music, it would just show the logo. Also, when I would go to the HP website, I could not see the computer drivers because it would take so long to load. Also, when I am on Netflix, the subtitles cannot appear, no matter how many times I click on subtitles. I have all the necessary programs: Flash, reader, shockwave, etx. So what could cause this issue?

    I don't know about your operating system.However, if you use windows 7,you can recover your windows though this code[rstrui.exe} in command promt.
