Why do we have to pay more to eat healthy?

    I think that is a bit of a myth. For example where I live a bag of apples is the same price as a family sized bag of potato chips. In-season produce is way cheaper than junk-food here. I think it just depends how resourceful you are when searching for the healthier options.

    You don't.

    You can go to the supermarket and buy fruits, vegetables, avoid sweets (that are quite expensive), avoid meat (i'm not vegetarian, you can just reduce it), and you'll spend less.

    We dont. Go to markets for fruit and veg, and buy offer meat and fish etc from the supermarket.
