2011 Kia Soul why is my passenger side dash rings when it goes over a bump in the road?

Update:

There are no sensor lights on the dashboard, nothing that would indicate why? The car runs great otherwise.. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the peeping noise? I usually bang on the dashboard where the air bag is.. any other suggestions, Thanks

Why is there a beeping /ringing noise come out of the passenger dashboard when the front wheels go over rocky road on freeway? s there some kind of sensor in the wheels related to the front that would make this noise
