Question about installing a mutli bulb/wire (4) ceiling light?

My existing fixture has one red, one white and one green wire. My new light has four black, four white, and one copper wire. I know the copper supply wire needs to be grounded and connected to the green fixture wire, I'm just not sure what to do with the black and white wires. Thanks in advance.
