    Caitlin Mia.. Hmmm no. Caroline Mia sounds a little better or maybe Caitlin Mya.

    Ivory Katya.. Iris Katya is better. Or Ivory Katherine.

    I love the first names. But for the middle names I might try; Rae, Reece, Grace, Mackenzie, Isabella, and Maya. These are kind of generic, but try some different ones, mix and match, you'll find what you like. And hopefully they'll flow a bit better

    why would you need middle names for a book characters ? none of them flow well all the first names are good
