I'm stressed out? Help?
I have a new Surface 3..and the photoshop app is free on it but everytime I load a picture on it to draw digitally, it won't let me do so. It only lets me crop and change the contrast of the photo, but it doesn't let me draw? What am I doing wrong!?

Why6 do you think the photoshop app will do any more than it is doing?
It is an app, not the full photoshop application.
