Good question, lol. WhoTH is THAT?!?! It isn't Madonna, that's for sure. The person it most resembles is Paul McCartney's horrible Ex, Heather Mills. She probably got hold of the "image" and added herself to it to make herself feel important, lol. I mean, I think she did at one point say that she was more popular and famous than Paul was... muhwaaaaaaa (she's psycho).
Other possibilities, Sass Jordan (she's Canadian), Nina Gordon, Liz Phair, I can name every single person in the image but this person and I know rock music pretty well. I researched the image and all I could find were rock history articles written in Spanish. So maybe she is more popular in Spanish speaking countries?
But really, she looks more like HM.
