Are they trying to destroy Yahoo answers?

Not being able to change avi seems like a simple site fix & the lack of this capability has put many off I'd think. Are they trying to get rid?

They may think they are trying to make it better but every change they make destroys the site a little more. All they care about is ad revenue but don't see that if users leave because of all the changes that does not help them.

We have no idea when or if we will be able to change them again despite some answers claiming it will be in a few weeks.

No one really even knows for sure if they are or not still working on that as it has been months now.

Product Support (Admin, Yahoo) did say in early March on the Users Voice forum they will announce when it is working again.

What they said...."We’re working on getting these features back, and you will soon be able to update your profile name, picture, Yahoo nickname, and other account settings previously managed from Yahoo Profile.

We’ll provide an update here once these features become available again. Thanks!"

    No word since then.

All we can do is wait and hope it is not something else Yahoo has decided to take away..

Yahoo is very good at ignoring issues so they may just be hoping everyone will just stop wondering and asking about it.
