What to eat after wisdom teeth removal?

I just got my wisdom teeth out 5 days ago. I haven't had any pain at all and there is not much blood anymore from my gums. I have been eating milkshakes, potatoes, and other soft foods. When is it good to start eating pizza, or sandwiches, or other foods?

You can eat like pureed or porridge like foods until your wound is completely healed. Don't eat high sugar content stuff.

The pain is not the issue here. The main thing to consider is - is your wound already healed? Now, this is really important because any foreign material (hard food) that enters that wound will cause you more damage like, having a dry socket or developing an infection.

Please don't make hasten actions because you'll regret it later. If you are able to take 5 days just eating those soft foods, then you can make it until your wound is closed. Okay?

If you don't have any pain then now a good time to start. You can eat anything at this point as long as it doesn't hurt too much

Is there swelling? Are you taking antibiotics? Do you have stitches? If yes to all then I would recommend waiting at least five more days before eating solid food.

Try eating some pudding or yogurt. Any soft food should be easy to consume
