IS THIS HARD ?

English is by far the easiest of the languages I have learned.I know Spanish,English and Dutch very well.I also know a lot of German and some French.Of course English has its difficult parts as well .Spelling is one of them.Of the West European languages English is the easiest.

No, but it is not a joke language nor is it absurdly easy at all. It's only eurocentrists who harp on about their imaginary beliefs

English is exceptionally hard. There are no consistent rules, and as much of it is made up of words from other languages, spelling and pronunciation is especially difficult. Just look at how horribly written so many of the questions and answers are in here, and English is the first language of most users.

People who think English is easy typically know only one language, English, and have nothing to compare it to. They are usually very poor at it, to boot.

For somebody speaking another Germanic, or a Romance language, not really. The grammar is relatively simple, but the spelling is totally irrational.
