Buying used truck midsize. Best reliability and value?
I'm looking o buy a used truck in the near future as new is to expensive. I'm looking between the years 2009 and 2012. I've narrowed it down to a Toyota Tacoma double can v6 or a v6 crew cab chevy Colorado/ GMC Canyon. Only full size I would consider would be a chevy Silverado crew cab. But don't want or need anything too big.
Opinions on these? I really like the Chevys like more but hear toyotaz are great. So opinions on the chevy Colorado and silverado / GMC Canyon as well please

if you are shopping for fuel economy get the smallest cab and a short bed. also its good to stick with a I6 or V6 engine

Toyota or Nissan. Period. There is no other worthy competition in mid-size.
