There is no good data on the toxicity of LSD (as it takes much more to do harm than people normally have available); but there's a decent chance that that much would actually kill you.

If I didn't know any better I'd say yes. Even water although we need it can become dangerous when too much water is added to our bodies. This is called water intoxication.

Depends upon where you are taking them. If you're crossing an international border area, where your cargo might be inspected, it may be dangerous to be taking them that way.
