Why do teenagers have terrıble taste ın musıc?

I'm a teenager. Here's an example of what I listen to:

What do you think of that music?

Belardo it s just that at a certain age music starts to loop with styles you previously loved coming back round. I call it the 7 year cycle- normally about that long. Human nature to lose a bit of the (often youthful) adrenalin/enthusiasm you experienced 1st time. All music is of course borrowed and updated from something that came before (#fact) so jaded older folks just stick to what they listened to first time.

Hence the massive amount of bands reforming as they come thru the "were cool->something new overtook them->went back to a small label, only hardcore fans stayed->wait it was good and people feel nostalgic, reissue albums, reform for live shows->ooh, it worked, let s try new material!" rat run.

Of course, occasionally someone still does something inventive and the over-35s manage to stir some enthusiasm back.
