Hey do you think people born in 2000 are 2000s kids or 2010s?

Anyone born from 2000-2001/2 are 2000s kids.

2010s would be born anywhere from 2010-2015, and since 2000's babies anywhere from 2000 to about 2007 grew up in the 00's, they're 2000's kids.I guess if you were born in 2008 or 2009 (or even 2007-2006, that's cutting it close), you wouldn't be a kid in the 00's, you were just born in that time. Just like 1999's babies aren't really 90's kids.

Thats a good question. I think 2000s, because A) They are born at the start of the decade 2000, and B) the influence of the decade 2000 is still there in the 2010s so technically they still sort of grow up like that? I guess thats correct.
